Whop is a digital marketplace valued at $1.6 billion as of February 2026, following a $200 million investment from Tether. The platform supports over 21 million registered users and 50,000–60,000 new signups daily.

It facilitates roughly $3 billion in annual earnings across 40,000 businesses and creators selling digital products. Their sales team is responsible for signing new sellers onto the platform — and at that scale, the top-of-funnel volume is enormous.

The problem

Reps were stuck doing top-of-funnel work — not closing.

Whop's sales reps were spending a significant chunk of their time on top-of-funnel work — manually finding leads, vetting them against ICP criteria, and keeping tabs on outbound campaigns — instead of actually working the pipeline they already had.

The team had a clear ICP but no reliable way to surface qualified leads automatically. Instagram was one of their best channels for finding potential sellers, but vetting profiles one by one was eating into selling time. On LinkedIn, the same problem existed at scale. And with multiple outbound campaigns running simultaneously, reps were logging in daily just to check status — another hour lost to work that doesn't move deals forward.

Works through a continuous feed of Instagram profiles in Whop's target ICP — digital creators and product sellers. For each profile it analyzes posts, engagement, and website presence against a detailed qualification rubric we built with the team.

Profiles that pass get synced automatically into a Clay table, which feeds directly into their Instantly and HeyReach sequences. Profiles that don't pass are filtered out before they ever touch the sales team. Zero manual review.
